Ascendo Homes is a residential real estate holding company. It is focused on properties of 1-4 units. It was started in 2018 in Austin, TX by Chirag and his wife, Tara.
The portfolio comprises 3 duplexes and 2 single-family homes in the Central TX area.
Its mission is to provide its tenants with a safe and secure rental experience.
Ascendo Ventures is a search fund led by Chirag Shah.

As a fund, it is targeting to acquire a services company in the Austin, TX area. Specifically, it is looking to acquire a company in the medical, animal, auto, or home services space.
